She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Pruitt and Margaret Pruitt Williams (Betts); her children, Rosann Pruitt, Alvin Pruitt and Ronnie Pruitt; and her siblings, Hattie Pruitt, Hannah Pruitt, Gertrude Pruitt, Adolph Pruitt, Al J. Pruitt and Robert Lee Pruitt.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kimberly Haralson, DeShawn Pruitt, Nicole Pruitt, Nikeisha Pruitt, Desire Pruitt, Lula Blackwell and Ronald Butler, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Jenice Haralson, Michael McDoanld and Terrill McDonald; and her sister Emma Crockerham. She is also survived by twenty-one other great-grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren.
