She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald C. Howard and Ruth Marion Howard (Lewis); her husband Harold "Dean" Horsley; her daughter Tracey Lee Horsley; and her sister Maxine Dan.

She is survived by : her daughter Diana L. Moser (John A.) of Ellenton, FL; her sister Evelyn Segner of Sarasota, FL; her grandsons, Bob Moser (Anna Rocha) of Orlando, FL and Tom Moser of Ellenton, FL; and her great grandchild Leonardo Moser of Orlando, FL..
