We are sad to announce that, on February 28, 2024, at the age of 82, Shirley Ann Selbe of Warren, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Scott and Gertrude Scott (Governor); her brothers, Richard and Robert Scott; her sister-in-law Betty Jane Scott; and her son-in-law Victor Vesia.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Vesia (Waid) of Cortland and Mark Waid (Amy) of Cortland; her grandchildren, Rachel Cameron (Mark), Taylor, Brooke and Mark Waid; and her great grandchild Carter Cameron. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
