He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Frank and Violet Marie Lamantia (Dintino); and his sister Nancy. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lamantia (Szepietowski); his daughters, Melissa Moore (Scott) of Lebanon, Ohio, Stephanie Santell of Lebanon, Ohio and Michelle Lamantia of Lebanon, Ohio; and his brother Guy Lamantia (Theresa) of Steubenville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
