He is survived by: his wife Jill Varley Ouellette; his children, Kayla Patterson (Jason) of Warren, Samantha Reiner (Mathew) of Warren, Nicholas Mason of Niles, Haley Bianco (Bryan), Katelynn Ouellette (Tyler), Jake Ouellette (Jade) of Leavittsburg and Serenity Mathews; and his mother-in-law Beth Harkins. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 7 siblings.
