He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Boardley and Ethel Boardley; his wife Carol Boardley; his siblings, Ruth Ann Barney and Hugh Boardley; and his friend Ginger Werman.
He is survived by: his caregiver Devonna Bunch of Warren, OH; his sister Joyce Matteson; and his friends, Donna Lowe, Ginger Pierson, Ross Pierson, Alfred Werman III, Calistine Bunch, Franklin Bunch and Buck Wheeler.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
