He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Martire and Verina. He is survived by: his wife Tina Simone (Russell); his children, Thomas R. Simone and Tiffany M. Simone; his brothers, James Simone (MaryAnn) of Poland and Ronald Simone (Sue) of McDonald, Ohio; and his stepsisters, Karen Cesar and Josie.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Catholic Charities.
