She is survived by: her husband Frank L. Fowler Sr. of Warren; her children, Frank Jr. Fowler (Melinda) of Warren and Mary Jessica Beard (Mark) of Cortland; and her grandchildren, Courtney Clark, Hannah, Nathan Fowler and Dalton Beard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
