He is survived by: his son Nelo Chuka (Patricia); his grandsons, Victor Chuka, Neil Chuka (Heather) and David Chuka; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Aubrey, Kaylee, Samuel and Ava Chuka; his niece Amalia Zivku; his great-niece Victori; and his great-nephew Timothy.
