Virginia Gundy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Gundy of Warren, Ohio, who passed away on September 23, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Vlasic and Barbara Lorkovich Vlasic of Warren, Ohio.; her husband George Gundy; and her sister Diana A. Vlasic. She is survived by: her daughter Frances M. Papalios (George) of Richmond, Virginia; her grandchildren, Elias A. Papalios (Joanna) and Barbie A. Papalios Normand (Justin); her great grandchildren, Georgie and Zoey Papalios; and her nieces, Sandra L. Joblonicky, Mary Beth Meyers, Sandi Jo Bona, Rebecca Begala and Mia Gundy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation (donate.crazyhorsememorial.org) a favorite destination of Jean and George during their many travels out west or to your local Hospice & Palliative Care (hospicecareinc.org).
