She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Thomas and Goldie Holbrook (Rayburn); her siblings, June, Raymond, Clester and Rev. James Holbrook; and her grandson Dominic D. Romeo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Jean Simpson (Herb) of Sarasota, FL and Diana Lee Bicking (Chris) of Pittsburgh, PA; her grandchildren, Nycole Dominique Romeo and Joshua Tyler Bicking (Elizabeth); and her great grandchildren, Bennett Christopher and Margo Leann.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Warren Revival Center (4400 W Market St, Leavittsburg, OH 44430). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers and Ginny's love for animals' donations in her name may be made to Angels for Animals, 4750 State Route 165, Canfield, OH 44406.
