He was predeceased by: his parent Lan J. Osborne; his former wife Lisa Duncan Osborne; and his brother Robert Dale. He is survived by: his mother Rebeccann Osborne Wood (Jarome); his wife Carolyn Osborne (Rogers); his children, Chris (Victoria), Gregory (Alexis), Zimmri (Cassandra), Miranda, Daisy (Tony), Sammantha (Cody), Wayne, Lynda, Lance, Louie and Derek (Kenzi); and his siblings, John, Charles "Chuck", Robert Michael, Maryann, Margaret "Maggie", Theresa, Susan, George and Raymond. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
