He is survived by: his son Wayne Parks III (Alexandra) of Warren; his sisters, Evelyn Humphrey of Warren and Phyllis Davis of Columbus; his grandchildren, Maria Parks, Hope Parks, Daryl Parks, Joanna Parks, Zachery Parks, Aaron Parks, Brenden Parks and Michael Brandon; his great grandchildren, Cameron Brandon, KeAira Brandon, Ja'Mari Wright, Aidan Parks, Lily Parks, Micah Parks, Vincent Parks, Luka Parks, Katherine Parks and Cherish Parks; and his close friend Dorothy Provitt of Warren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
