He was predeceased by: his parents, Rees Evans and Mildred Evans (Summers); and his sister Barb Rein. He is survived by: his wife Doreen A. Evans (Stark); his children, Wayne R. Evans, Jr. (Gwyn) of Cortland and Tracey Carkido (Gary) of McDonald; and his grandsons, Ben and Dominic Carkido.
