He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Straitiff, and Doris A. Straitiff, Sr. (Blood); and his siblings, Ralph, John, Paul, Alfred, Charles, Ruth and Sara.
He is survived by: his children, Adele Langworthy (Rob) and Clifford Straitiff (Shelly); his grandchildren, Heidi Straitiff, Bethany Gillespie and Brandyn Hurd (Tess); his great grandchildren, Jack Gillespie, Christopher Gillespie and Lane Hurd; his sisters, Florence Wilbert, Ida Straitiff and Doris Barlow; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Straitiff, Helen Straitiff and Dorothy Straitiff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
