He was predeceased by : his parents, William H. Powell, Sr. and Marion E. Powell (Stern); his wife Lauri Ann Powell; his brother-in-law Richard Stevenson; and his parents-in-law, Robert Lindsay and Joan Lindsay.
He is survived by : his sons, William H. Powell III (Brittany) of Port Clinton, OH and Franklin R. Powell (Megan) of Hiram, OH; his grandchildren, Hadleigh Powell, Elouise Powell, Wilkerson Powell and Declan Powell; his sister Cindy Stevenson of Warren, OH; and his pet Bentley.
