He is survived by: his parents, William H. Holk and Barbara J. Holk (Jones) of Southington, OH; his wife Heidi K Holk of Warren, OH; his children, Brandon W. Holk of Warren, OH and Amanda R. Shay (Ryan Ragland); his brothers, Bryon Holk (Angie) of Bristol, OH and Brad Holk of Southington, OH; his nieces and nephews, Brianna, Talon and Crystal; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cameron and Chloe.
In lieu of flowers material contributions may be made to Newton Falls AMVETS post 112, in his memory.
