With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William E. Spurk (Warren, Ohio), who passed away on July 17, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Spurk and Clara Spurk (Lane); his son-in-law Chuck Courtney; and his siblings, Raymond, Robert, John "Jack" Spurk, Dorothy Naples, Delores "Toots" Vesey and Rose Smith.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Spurk (Crepage); his daughter Lynn Courtney; his granddaughter Rachel Dalton; and his stepgrandchildren, Miranda Balas (Nick), Christian Courtney (Alex) and Blaine Courtney (Cassy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
