He is survived by: his wife Patricia Zylka (Rosko); his children, Maribeth Zylka, Gregory Zylka (Helen), David Zylka and Natalie Zylka; his grandchildren, Chistopher, Joshua (Tracie), Zoe, Thomas, Jacob, Nicole, Noah and Isabella; his great grandchildren, Ella, Lily, Ava Kay and Jack; his sisters, Anna "Ann" Bakich (Paul), Olga Zofko (Martin), Mary Ann Zylka and Sonia Klingensmith (Charles); and his nieces and nephews, Jason Bakich, Chistina Hollobough, Molly Moore, Sara Zofko, Kate Leeds and Maggie Holtzman.
