He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Thomas and Mimae Mitchell Thomas; and his siblings, Alonzo Thomas, Raymond Thomas Sr., David Thomas, Alma Rawls, Susie Gray, Fannie Benson, Miss Annie Thomas, Ethel Passmore and Jeanette Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Welton G. Thomas (Nichole) of Warren, Willie T. Thomas of Warren and Ashley Vaughn (Jamal) of Warren; his stepson Aron Bush (Natisha) of Warren; his brother Howard Thomas (Gloria) of Warren; and his close friend Alice F.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
