He is survived by: his sister Jeanette Griggs (Binder); his wife Mary Elizabeth Binder; his children, Harold Barte'Binder (Karlotta), Stephanie Binder and Christopher Binder (Jessica); his grandchildren, Alexander Binder (Marissa), MaKenna Binder, Kenadi Binder, Kylah Binder and Meaghan Binder; and his great grandchild Dominic Gonzalez. He is also survived by many loving cousins and close friends.
