She was predeceased by: her parents, Issac Robert Cowger and Susannah Ellen Cowger Degarmo (Collins); her husband Earl Everett Degarmo; her son William Gale (Degarmo); her grandson Terence Keith Degarmo; and her siblings, Irene Sinnett, Mildred Carr, Shirley Cowger, Harold, John, Junior and Richard Cowger.
She is survived by: her children, Wave Cooper (Herb), Nora Degarmo (Ned), Mary Rambo (Michael Shane) and Danny Degarmo; and her grandchildren, Shawn Simpson, Adam Negash Jesse Degarmo, Teresa Degarmo and Jasmine Smith (Dillon). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
