He is survived by: his wife Shirley Adams (Blankenship) of Warsaw; his daughter Lora Lynn Hostal (John) of Wellington; his grandchildren, Erin Renee, John Andrew Hostal of Wellington and Leslie Dawn Gill (Tyler) of Bucyrus; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Joey and Hunter Gill; his siblings, Hazel Keen of Jewell Valley, VA, Minnis Adams (Ruby) of Spencer, Beula Lamie of Jewell Valley, VA, Roy Adams (Wanda) of Jewell Valley, VA and Dora Dean Rife of Woodlawn, VA; his sister-in-law Brenda Adams of Richlands, VA; and his nephew Larry Adams of Spencer.
