He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Fox and Edith R. Fox (Hains); his brothers, Robert D. Fox and John "Bill" Fox; and his niece Kelly L. Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fox (Darr) of Warsaw; his children, Debra Briggs (Mike) and Michael Fox (Amy); his grandchildren, Drew Fox (Caitlin), Taylor Moore (Ian), David Briggs (Lauren) and Chris Briggs (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Emerson Fox, Josie Briggs and Ember Moore; his sister Marilyn G. Reidenbauch (Dennis); and his sisters-in-law, Kay Fox and Connie S. Fox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
