She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmet W. Carter and Irene Carter (Wright). She is survived by: her children, Jeff Wilson (Jodi) of Warsaw and Julie Horner (Jeff) of Powell; her grandchildren, Morgan, Samuel Wilson of Warsaw and Daniel Wilson of Troy, MI; and her sister-in-law Judy Fesler of Coshocton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
