He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Arnold and Dorothy Arnold (Ling); his grandchildren, Lukas, Garrett and Nickolas Fortune; and his siblings, Homer Arnold, Tom Arnold, Gertrude Raber, Shirley Galford and Lillian Bretz.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Arnold (McGrady); his children, Jack Jr. Arnold (Chris), Michele McFarland (Jon) and Lita Grudier (Rusty); his grandchildren, Skii Fortune (Meg), Kaden Arnold, Tiffany Grudier and Garon Grudier; his great grandchildren, Preston Fortune (Chelsea), Riley Grudier, Wyatt Grudier, Garrett Grudier, Jessie Grudier and Joey Grudier; his great great grandchild Oakley Fortune; and his siblings, Bobby Arnold and Patty Monager. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
