He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Louise Lewis (Kick). He is survived by: his sons, Jason Lewis of Florida, Dillon Lewis (Lillian Boyer) of Warsaw and Cody Lewis (Danielle Chaney) of Warsaw; his grandchild Ellie Jean Marie Lewis; his father Jack Lewis of Big Prairie; and his siblings, John Lewis (Dawn) of Orrville, Sue Button of Greenwich, Samantha Stubblefield (Brian) of Ravenna and Sandy Lewis of Mansfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calendar Fischer Funeral Home (412 Main St, Warsaw, OH 43844). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jeff's Home (36601 US-36, Warsaw, OH 43844).
