She was predeceased by: her parents, Tremont Webster "Molly" and Anna Augusta Young (Arnold); her husband James Conley Fields; and her siblings, Harold Ferrell, Charles "Chad" Ferrell and Sara Sue Wells.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl West (Russell) of Zanesville; her grandsons, Brent West and Bryce West; her stepgrandchildren, Brian West (Brigitte), Brad West (Brittnay) and Bronson West (Talisha); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ashlynn West and Bradley West. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
