He is survived by: his wife Annette Boals (Lacy); his children, April Boals (Kevin Kent), Adam Boals and Kaitlyn Hill; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Jasey and Camden Boals; his sisters, Elizabeth Walsh, Susan Dilly (Mike) and Jennifer Sturtz (Aaron); his close friend Terry Albertson; his pet Lulu; Kristi Langdon.
