It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella S. Lowe of Warsaw, Ohio, born in Cadiz, Ohio, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father John D. Holskey; and her brothers, John, Lawrence Holskey and Walter Earl Gossett. She is survived by : her husband Roy Lowe; her daughter Kim Bartell (Ken) of Mantua; her stepdaughter Lindsay Lowe of Coshocton; her grandchildren, Jayden Matthews, Allie Bartell and Cohyn Lowe; and her sister-in-law Patricia Holskey.
