He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray C. Phillips and Betty Phillips (Mills); his brother Danny Phillips; and his grandchildren, Kylor Fisher and Reston Price.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy S. Phillips of Coshocton; his children, Mark Jr. Phillips (Jody), Shawn Phillips, Coen Phillips, Tabitha Turnbull (Nick Kincaid), Christian Phillips and Sabrina Phillips (Ray Banks); his grandchildren, Brodie Phillips, Bella Phillips, Sheea Ray (Johnny), Shea Archer (Jesi), Sarah Lusk (Jordan), Rachel Jacobs, Robbie Jacobs, Casey Turnbull, Lexie Phillips (Kyle Ignatowski), Cassidy Moore (Casey), Cole Fisher, Corey Phillips, Dallas Turnbull, Kylee McNichols and Kinley McNichols; and his sisters, Susan Porth (Bob) and Ardonna Albert. He is also survived by his many family members and friends.
