He is survived by: his wife Nancy McCormick; his children, Melissa Smith (Louie) of Asheville, NC, Rebecca Kuhn (Scott) of Coshocton and Ross Todd Shaw of Baxter, TN.; his grandchildren, Courtney Smith of Lancaster, Zachary Allen of Columbus, April Mealick (Christopher) of New Albany and Brooke Shaw (Zachary) of Cincinnati; and his great grandchildren, Cayden, Adalyn Mealick, Hensley and Haisley Shaw.
