She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell W. Swartz and Beatrice I. Swartz (Bender); her son Doug Reed (Lisa); and her sisters, Reva Gamertsfelder, Helen Hartsock and Bonnie McVay.
She is survived by: her husband Paul D. Reed; and her daughters, Leann Hoy (Jim) and Lori Cottrill (Henry).
