He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Haithcock, Sr. and Christine Painter Haithcock; his son Christopher Haithcock, Jr.; and his grandparents, Esto, Sr., Evelyn Haithcock, Henry and Edith Painter.
He is survived by: his daughter Morgan Haithcock; his grandson Dane Benjamin Coffman of Columbus; his daughter Edyth "Brooklyn" Haithcock; his brother Steven Jr. Haithcock (Angie); and his sibling's children, Hannah Haithcock, Isaiah Haithcock and Noah Haithcock.
