She is survived by: her husband Dale Roger Stevens; her children, Mike Stevens (Kim) and Susan Smith (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Amanda Smith, Jennifer Castilon (Alex), Nicholas Smith (Chelsea), Rebecca Butcher (Tom) and Phillip Stevens. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
