With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Harold Skaggs (Washington Township, Ohio), born in Dayton, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Skaggs and Kay Skaggs; and his grandson Kyle. He is survived by: his sibling Creek; his wife Lisa; his children, Jeff (Lindsay), Allen (Lindsey) and Kayla; his grandchildren, Cooper, Cameron, Logan, Gweneth, Aiden and Lillian; his brother Ralph Skaggs; his nephew Christopher; his friends, Dave, Donna England, Jeff, Leslie Hood, Mary Wyatt, Mark, Deana Mrusek, Bob and Wanda Jones; and his cousin Terry Skaggs. He is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
