He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Leo and Florence Leo. He is survived by: his sister Michelle Bennett (Doug); his nieces, Jessica and Andrea (Cody); his great-niece Millie; and his brother Doug Kohnen (Susie).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home - Centerville (81 N Main St, Centerville, OH 45459). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's honor to ALS United Association Southwestern Chapter, a foundation that has been a tremendous help to him and many others affected by ALS.
