He is survived by: his wife Loretta Godfrey; his grandson Prestin Godfrey (Loretta); his sister Kay Lauth (Randy) of St. Marys, OH; his nephew Chad David; his stepdaughter Heather Crouch (Ty Rush) of St. Marys, OH; his granddaughter Raven Crouch (Colton McCafferty) of Lakeview, OH; his great grandchild Jaxon Dewey McCafferty; his grandsons, Malachi Crouch of Toledo, OH and Lucas Coldiron (Deandrea) of Celina, OH; his great grandchildren, Blair, Darian and Gracie; and his sisters-in-law, Zelda Zizelman (Rex) of Celina, OH, Kathy Fortner (Willis) of Coal Mountain, WV and Teresa Embry of Coolidge, AZ.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
