He was predeceased by: his siblings, Georgette, Elias and George. He is survived by: his wife Layla; his sons, George and Bassam Rassi; his daughters-in-law, Chantal and Rana Rassi; and his grandchildren, Gabriella, Jonathan and Gianna Rassi.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Ignatius of Antioch Church.
