She was predeceased by: her mother Pauline Massey Sprinkle Martin; her husband James Edward Crouch; her sister Mary Maxine Sprinkle LeVan; and her father William Sprinkle. She is survived by: her children, Todd Crouch (Amy) and Lisa Gibbs (Chris); her grandchildren, Amanda Holtz (Tim) and Kyle Crouch (Madison); her sister Patricia Johnson (Lloyd); her brother-in-law Alfred LeVan; and her nephew Michael LeVan (Roxanne). She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
