She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Doak and Lois Doak of Waterford; her sons, Dustin Doak of Waterford, Dillian Doak-Craig of Caldwell and Thomas Dickson-Doak of Colorado; her grandmother Christine Gross of Waterford, Ohio; her siblings, Donald Longwell of Zanesville, Chris Doak (Cinda) of McConnelsville, Ohio and Samantha Simpson (Nate) of Waterford, Ohio; and her sister-in-law Fantasy Green (Doak) of Marietta, Ohio.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, several aunts and uncles, along with many extended family members and friends.
