He is survived by: his mother Cindra Downey Cyphers; his daughter Lyla Snow Lucas of Watertown; his girlfriend Lola Sampson of Waterford; his stepfather Gary Cyphers of Lecanto, Florida; his sisters, Tracy Rowe (T. J.) of Morgantown, WV and Carrie Ware (Jason) of Ashland, Kentucky; and his best fishing buddy Timmy Wittekind of Waterford. He is also survived by five nieces and one nephew.
