He is survived by: his wife Paula Arbaugh Miller; his children, Jefferson "J. D." Miller, Jr. (Elisha) of Waterloo, Brittany Miller (Teddy Nelson) of Patriot, Crystal Miller of Waterloo and Amber Miller of Troy, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jadyn, Justin, Sage, Casey and Dakota; his great grandchild Easton; his siblings, Gerald Wayne Miller of Patriot, Michael Bart Miller (Dorothy) of Indiana, Sally A. Caulley of Gallipolis, Donna B. Clark of Willow Wood, Kathy M. Mitchell of Gallipolis and Shelia K. Ross (Jim) of Patriot; and his close friends, Jerry and Brenda Myers of Willow Wood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
