With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernard Thomas Welter of Waterville, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on January 25, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Welter and Agnes Welter (Seren); his stepmother Sophie; the mother of his children Barbara Adams (Welter); his siblings, Paul Welter, Mary Jean Logsdon and Sharon Shinaver; and his brother-in-law Terry Logsdon.

He is survived by : his wife Sharon; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Shinaver and Beth Welter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
