He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Rhyand and Ida Lake Rhyand (Broadwater); his wife Roberta Carson; and his children, Charles Rhyand (Cheryl), Cathy Harrison (Gary), Colleen Freedman (Alan), Christi Luck, Daniel Rhyand (Bonnie) and Natalie McGurk (Mike).
