He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cukierski and Julia Cukierski (Glogowski); and his siblings, Alexander Cukierski, Julie Godlewski, Anthony Cukierski, Lucy Klimkos, Donald Cukierski, Angela Ruth, Stella Blachowski and Helen Cukierski.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy Furko (Dan), Julie Boney (Ron) and Eric Cukierski; his grandchildren, Jayson Foreman, Jordan Villareal (Santana), Olivia Boney, Emma Keilholz (Ben), Morgan Cukierski, Connor and Logan Cukierski; his great grandchildren, Brody and Maddie Foreman; his stepchildren, Cal Norden (Sandy), Melissa Baker (Kevin) and Chad Norden; his stepgrandchildren, Tenille Bixler (Joel), Trevor Krischan, Katelyn Schultz, Kenzie Rohrs (Zack), Madison Morris (Dereck) and Morgan Norden; his nephew Terrence Cukierski; and his stepson Mark Norden. He is also survived by 5 step grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
