He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Williams and Eva Georgene Williams; and his brother Terrence Michael Williams. He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Hoffman of Waterville; his children, Michelle Williams Skoor (Rebekah Janelle Skoor) and Jay Williams (Lisa Cass Zellner); his grandchildren, Avila Skoor, Eloise Skoor and Jayson Williams; and his siblings, Thomas Carl Williams and Margaret Ellen Haar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
