He is survived by: his wife Pamela Owen (Paras); and his children, Ricky Owen, Kim Hilty (Brian), Michelle Plumb (David), Jim Owen (Beverly) and Neal Owen (Tori). He is also survived by numerous loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and many friends.
