She was predeceased by: her mother Ferne Farley; her husband David Prala; her siblings, Jeffrey, Matthew, Kevin, Melinda and Greg; and her brother-in-law Bob D'Amato.
She is survived by: her father Jack Farley; her children, Jessica Huth (Joe) and Jayson Kaufman; her siblings, Pamela D'Amato, Amanda Caldwell (Tom) and Brett Farley (Cherri); her siblings-in-law, Rick Hawley and Nan Farley; and her former husband Tony Kaufman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
