With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Westrick of Waterville, Ohio, who passed away on August 19, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Westrick and Ellenora Westrick (Laubenthal); his wife Elnora Westrick (Bunke); his son David Westrick; his great great grandchild Jace Bischoff; and his siblings, Lucille Brantl, Dorothy Widman, Charlotte Thompson, Cyril Westrick, Marie Thompson, Martha Dummett, Teresa Vasvery, Robert Westrick, Elizabeth Duda, Marvin Westrick and Patricia Maag.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Westrick (Helen) of Maumee, OH, Cheryl Doyle of Napoleon, OH and Karen Moore (Shawn) of Ada, OH.; and his sister Marian Kingsley of Marion, OH.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. John Catholic Church, CHP Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
